The QMS Overview Course is a half-day course covering:
- What is a Quality Management System?
- The effect on the Organisation
- The role of staff within the Organisation
- The application of ISO 9001: 2008 including
- what the 8 quality principles mean in day to day working
- the advantages of a process based approach to quality management
- a user friendly and more flexible approach to documentation
- The audit process and the role of Non-conformance Notices
- What certification to ISO 9001 means to the Organisation, its customers and its staff
