ISP Consultancy was established by Ian Hutchison following a career with Thames Valley Police.After military service in the mid 1970s he joined the police force and pursued an exciting and challenging career during which he was promoted though the ranks to Chief Superintendent.He served at various places across the Thames Valley gaining wide policing experience including working in urban and rural areas, managing major police operations, working on national policing projects and leading the Serious Crime Squad in surveillance and investigation of major crime.He is a law graduate, has masters in criminology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.The driving force behind ISP is Ian’s desire to develop people and enable them to have successful and exciting careers.
