It's almost three weeks since I was home after my stay in Trieste (until October 3). I wanted to tell you everything was great! I was lucky with the accommodation Marina had chosen for me: the room and the family were really nice. I liked the city of Trieste and its surroundings, because the activities offered by teachers in the afternoon were very interesting. It was a pleasure to study with dynamic teachers who know how to renew their lessons and show great commitment to work. Please say thanks to Marina, Sandro, Paola, Lucia, Elisa and Matteo. Many cordial greetings.

It's almost three weeks since I was home after my stay in Trieste (until October 3). I wanted to tell you everything was great! I was lucky with the accommodation Marina had chosen for me: the room and the family were really nice. I liked the city of Trieste and its surroundings, because the activities offered by teachers in the afternoon were very interesting. Just a quick note to say thank you to our two wonderful teachers, Claudia and Federica. Your patience and kindness were very much appreciated by your two Australian pupils. We were unable to attend for the last week as Graham was ill and my knee injuries made it too difficult to climb up and down the stairs. Again many thanks to all.

Thank to you, I was able to study Italian with joy. All the lessons were fun and all the teachers were very nice. The secretary was also pretty kind. I really liked staying at school.
I decided to continue studying Italian. I would like to speak Italian more naturally and fluent. Thank you so much for your kindness. Hope to return to Venice right away!

I would like to say that I really enjoyed my individual course with Riccardo and that I have made a lot of progress with Italian even though of course there is still much to learn!

In my city I learned Italian in a fixed group for five years and I have sought alternatives to continue. Istituto Venezia offers a good way to improve your language. The wonderful city of Venice accompanied by a wonderful school. What's better? The school is located in a building suitable for feeling well in the midst of Italian and Venetian life.
I learned more than I could wait for a week. The lessons were fun and I liked working in a group and then in plenary: so we were all prepared to say something about the subject being addressed.
The staff is always friendly and especially on the first day the welcome was well organized.
I was at the Redeemer's Residence: it was my first stay in a monastery and I liked the quiet atmosphere of the Redeemer. I even thought about going to Trieste maybe the next time.

Hi Gabriela, now that I finally made it home just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being so accommodating on all my last minute requests. My home stay was great Miriam and her family were wonderful hosts!
I look forward to being able to travel to Venice again to take additional weeks of lessons. I enjoyed the classes very much and the cultural activities. All the he teachers were wonderful and even though I ended up repeating the first week in the evening classes their teaching styles were unique and I felt I learned new things and reinforced the items from the week before in a positive manner.
Again thank you it was overall a wonderful learning experience. The school was recommended by another airline employee and I am glad I was able to find out about it from her and take part.

For many years, Istituto Venezia has been promoting and supporting the teaching of Italian language:
it coordinates Venice International University courses of Italian for foreigners (V.I.U. is Università Ca' Foscari, Istituto Universitario di Architettura, Ludwig-Maximilians Universität-Munich, Tel Aviv University, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Waseda University Tokyo and Duke University Durham).
it runs internships and work placements for the Postgraduate Teaching programme of Italian for Foreigners of Ca' Foscari University, Laboratorio Itals.
it hosts Italian classes for the international association "Intercultura".
it organizes study abroad programmes of several American universities.
