Course programme

Placement working in application of IT to solve problems and increase productivity. Interview by our Work-Based Learning Support Officer required before starting the apprenticeship. Applicants will be required to show evidence of their ability to be successful in the theoretical and practical parts of the course during their interview. Completion of diagnostic tests in literacy and numeracy at level 1 is also required. Course Content • Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ) • Functional Skills in maths and English Level 1 • Functional Skills in IT Level 2 • Employer rights and responsibilities. Fees TBC
