What I would highlight:
After I graduated in Business and Tourism, I realized that I needed to make more experience as a professional in the Hospitality industry and, for me, the best way to get involved in this world and grow professionally was to enrol on the Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management organized by The Italian Chamber of Commerce.
I always thought that London is at the same time a challenge and a launch pad for those who want to work in the Hospitality business.
I learned a lot from the professionalism of our teachers and their expertise and passion. I feel now very adequately prepared mostly thanks to them. The Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management offered me a lot of professional and personal opportunities and, in the UK; I learned a lot of the tourism market. I had the chance to meet lots of other students like me and professionals, who taught me motivation and skills but, most importantly, they brought me links. Thanks to these, I found a 3-month internship in the Front Office department at The Ampersand hotel, a five-star boutique hotel and it was such a great experience! During this period at The Ampersand Hotel, my level of service and my skills were much more improved, preparing me to attend to some interviews with good companies. At present, I am working as a Front Office Agent at The Town Hall Hotel, in a good and professional work environment, where I feel truly a part of. In the future, I hope of becoming someone who could add a real value in this industry and for all of it I am truly thankful to the Italian Chamber who gave me the opportunity to achieve the career I always wanted to here in London!

What I would highlight:
I am really glad of having chosen the Master in International Hotel Management! After three weeks of the Master, we all have been assigned our internships and we all are very satisfied about it! Every subject of this course was interesting and explained in details and the professors were very professional and competent! Coming to Budapest, I learnt many new things that I had never heard of before and the thing that I enjoyed the most was that we all had the chance to express ourselves thanks to the classes that were very interactive! Besides the lectures, we really appreciated the professors always telling us some anecdotes about the hospitality industry. Furthermore, we also had the possibility to visit three out of the four partner hotels. Such a great experience! Our coordinator has always been by our sides and he helped us by giving suggestions before the interviews, kept in touch with the hotels and supported us in every moment. Thanks to him and this Master, I have been assigned an internship at the Eurostars Hotel, in the Front Office department and I am really looking forward to starting the practical part next Tuesday! I totally recommend this Master to other people!

What I would highlight:
After some international experience in the Food and Beverage sector, I decided it was time to become more apprised about other departments of the Hospitality Industry. For that I enroled on the Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management, offered by the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Unexpectedly, by the end of the course, I already had a job offer in the F&B department of Plaza Premium Group! This company is the industry leader in providing airport services in over 140 locations for 35 international airports across the world. Thanks to this Master, I realised that working in one of the busiest airports in the world (Heathrow) is one of the most incredible opportunity of professional growth. And, after just 4 month of working with the Plaza Premium Group, they offered me the chance to move to the headquarters in Hong Kong and attend an intense one-month training course! Thanks to this course, I was able to fully understand our mission and, eventually, run new company openings. Now, I am receiving training in all the different departments: Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Accounts and Human Resources. Right in this moment, I’m actually writing this review from Hong Kong, and I am so excited by all the possibilities this Master has given to me. I’m truly grateful to have attended to the Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management. London is a city full of opportunities and you need to join the Master of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry now!!!

What I would highlight:
What I have appreciated the most about the Master in in International Hotel Management was that the teamwork was very stimulating and the Master was well-organized and dynamic. Thanks to the lectures, I can surely say that I achieved a general knowledge of all the hospitality departments! Our Master’s coordinator was always well-disposed to listen to students, understanding and solving every kind of issue. Also, each professor was helpful and competent and thanks to them I had the opportunity to start my internship at Eurostars Budapest Center, a five stars Hotel in Budapest, in the Sales Department, and I can’t wait to live this experience!

Initailly I was clueless about what to expect from them but then slowly and gradually everything started to make sense. I managed to do and learn , the work helped me deepen my skills and improve myself. I was offered a good internship program and I got to work with an amazing team members. It was a great experience. What I would highlight:
I always wanted to kick start my career in the hospitality industry in London, for that I chose to enrol in the Master in Hospitality & Hotel Management. I believe the master organized by The Italian Chamber of Commerce It is an intensive course with a very practical method that helps professionals and students to quickly approach the British hotel industry. Thanks to this master I feel much more confident in my knowledge now. The functions and the structure of all the lectures provided me with detailed information on all hotel departments. After this master, I now know a lot about the different roles and tasks inside the hotels, and of the hospitality working environment in London. And, once I finished my studies, I felt ready to start my career in the hotel industry! On a personal level, this experience gave me the opportunity to meet some friendly and talented classmates and especially some very competent hotel professionals. Above all, this master gave me the opportunity to start a three-month internship at the Ampersand, a 5-star boutique hotel in South Kensington! They offered me a cross-training internship in Sales, Events and Reservations and now the hotel has just offered me a full time position as Reservations Agent! Thanks to the Master in Hospitality & Hotel Management, I believe I’ve found the right department where I can use my skills and start a career in the hospitality industry!
