Italian language, cuisine and the wine trail

Duration: minimum 1 week

Lessons: 8 hours per day: 4 hours of group lessons and 4 hours of culinary activities. 1 hour of lesson = 60 minutes. 40 hours per week (20 hours group lessons, 20 hours of culinary activities).

Level: all levels available

Class size: 2-6 persons in the group course and during the culinary activities.

Description:

This course consists of 20 hours of group lessons per week plus 20 hours of culinary activities in an Italian region where organic production processes and ancient traditions of the Mediterranean cuisine and wine production are widespread. The culinary program consists of activities like a cooking workshop, visits of fish and organic food farms,

dinner in a typical restaurant with local dishes or visits of local dairy. Group lessons take place in the morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the culinary activities are in the afternoon.
