Welcome to my gallery, I am known as Jant, and I am a Welsh artist living in Abergavenny, South Wales, with my husband Dai and Titch the dog. Art is my passion, my work reflects the people and places that surround me. I am inspired to paint faces and scenery that I know and understand. My other passion is walking in the beautiful mountains of South Wales, and I find the scenery breathtaking. My roots are here, these mountains are part of me and the people that I live amongst inspire me continually. The challenge of committing the scenery and the personalities to canvas is always exciting.
