JIT Kaizen

General Information

JIT Kaizen is an improvement technique designed to help minimise waste at your workplace - and within the production process itself. It gives you the means to assess how a process is currently organised and how you could improve it. It''s a crucial tool in reducing costs, improving quality and safety and enhancing productivity. The course is divided into five modules, which take you through a series of logical steps and show you the potential of the topic and how and where it can be applied.

• Understand the 1st steps in a JIT Kaizen approach
• Be familiar with the 2nd and 3rd steps in JIT Kaizen
• Understand how to manage the production process
• Undertake a JIT Kaizen audit
