Journal Therapy Course "Journalling" is considered an effective lifelong tool in self-therapy and self-guidance for those who feel that they have the necessary resources within to act as their own counsellor. In this course we would hope to teach the student - whether they be practising therapists, counsellors or simply individuals seeking concrete methods to address personal problems and promote self-reliance and inner liberation - the skills and techniques which will enable them to employ journal therapy to its greatest advantage. The use of the journal as a therapeutic tool - as an aid to personal growth and for realising creative potential - can only be seen as a phenomenon of this century.

Study Hours

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
