Lead by master NLP Trainer, John Seymour, JSnlp offers training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in short 2-day Introductions, 18 day NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training and NLP Trainer training, to individuals and corporate clients.
Using NLP as the root we can tailor-make courses to suit the needs of most clients requiring communication skills training.
With 30 years of teaching experience Aidan was Head of Mathematics at a large comprehensive for 8 years before moving into a Senior Leader post with a focus on Teaching and Learning. He has worked alongside classroom teachers in a number of under achieving schools, supporting and developing their practice. He now works in Teacher Training and runs workshops on using NLP in the classroom.
Chris spent twenty years in consultancy and training prior to integrating NLP into his life and work. He is an outstanding certified trainer, coach, and facilitator of learning and development. He has been a guest trainer on John’s courses for fifteen years as well as being a guest trainer for several NLP training organisations. He coaches senior directors and executives of well known organisations. Chris has also used TA and Assertiveness techniques and is qualified in MBTI and OPQ.
A leading authority in the field John studied NLP in the US from the main co-developers and is a Master Trainer of NLP with 25 years of NLP training experience. Originally an outstanding teacher with postgraduate degrees in psychology and education, he is the only person to have been appointed Senior Tutor for NLP in Further and Higher Education in the UK. He co-authored several NLP books, including the classic NLP best-seller Introducing NLP, as well as Training with NLP.
Margot, an experienced and highly effective NLP trainer who has worked with John Seymour for 7 years, is a specialist in Human Resource Development with extensive experience in the design and delivery of exciting and pragmatic training solutions. She is articulate and imaginative, an experienced manager, skilled trainer, mentor, writer and consultant and has over fifteen years in HRD consultancy working at all levels in a wide range of client organisations.
As well as her teaching and lecturing experience Merilyn has experience working in the commercial sector, facilitating change and developing people. She is a master consultant for the LSB profile based on NLP meta-programmes training with Shelle Rose Charvet and has trained in Success Factor Modelling with Robert Dilts.
After more than 30 years experience working in the primary sector, including 17 years as head teacher of two very different schools, Pam notw concentrates her time as a freelance education consultant, writer and research student with the University of Gloucestershire. She is currently in the final two years of a professional doctorate, researching the impact of NLP upon school standards for pupils.
The Ridgeway School is a large 11 to 18 comprehensive where Ron's remit, among other things, is fro teaching and learning and coaching. As well as having taught English in several comprehensive schools across the country, he has also worked in a youth offender institution and further afield in a Canadian high school.
