-The course is focused on the role of Kaizen Facilitator (the person who will be championing Kaizen)
-Anybody who wishes to understand how formal Kaizen can be used

Candidates require the following, prior to attending this course:


A good understanding of Basic Lean Concepts and Tools – which can be gained by attending TKA’s Lean Foundation or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Courses.

Classroom Assessment and Final Examination

  • 70 Marks out of a total of 100
  • 5 Exercises in Class – 50 Marks
  • 50 Marks for Exam

  • Paper Based, Open Book (Course Manual & Notes)
  • 25 Questions with 30 minute duration
