Kaplan is a great school to learn English in a very intense way. I enrolled in the course of preparation for the Cambridge Exam (CAE) and the teachers were very thoughtful. It is not allowed to speak in your language, then you are bound to immerse yourself in English. But do not feel pressured, as the staff are very kind and can help you find the best word to each case.

About the course:
My first choice to consider making an exchange was Gold Coast in Australia, but I was fortunate to have my visa denied there and have come to Auckland. The country is amazing and even Auckland being the largest city in New Zealand is very quiet and safe. It's a great option for those who like natural beauty and adventures (most places is no more than 3 hours drive) without doubt was the most beautiful country ever met. Enjoy your weekends to meet the various tourism options that one has to do and enjoy the school to make friends around the world and travel with them as well as obvious practice English. I believe that the ideal time to make an exchange here is two months since with this time you get to know almost all the interesting places and after this time may start to get monotonous as a small country. Things here are expensive but definitely worth it. I hope you enjoy as much as me and certainly will not regret choosing to come to New Zealand.

Chosen by the Kaplan family who had a great experience and could not be different with me. It was very nice to spend time living 100% another culture, learning every day and speaking English 24 hours a day. It is an intensive great for those who always dreamed of practice English without being in your home country.
Teachers are great classes too, there are always meetings with students and travel routes on weekends.
Experience it was an amazing experience! Already giving up longing.

The grammar teaching was good, however my accent and pronounces not changed much. The classes gave emphasis on writing and grammar rules but missed pronunciation and speech

I studied for 19 weeks at Kaplan in Chicago and was an incredible experience. I met different cultures, my English has improved considerably, I felt super safe in the city and made new friends.
