Since I had read some previous negative reviews, and I call upon registration, I ask several times the WARRANTY, to have a companion international room on my arrival (I think the minimum experience in English).

What good school English you go to put with one of your own nationality in the room despite numerous warranty claims before enrolling and before leaving?!?!
Even schools that cost 1/5 of what you spend on Kaplan have reserved a so embarrassing treatment for their students eager to international experience, know as the residence you will find other schools, and of course only mononazione Kaplan reserved rooms. About the course:
I was at Liverpool Kaplan for 4 weeks of intensive language course English and stayed overnight at the residence Life and 'affiliated with Kaplan.
I was really satisfied with the school, the teachers all use a very efficient method, especially Guy Elston.
As for the residence Life, and 'must-see again.
Tiny rooms and even bathrooms, with too little room to put clothes and objects in general. Cleaning very poor and sometimes rude staff at the front desk.
In general, however, 'a good experience, praise goes to school.

Council Kaplan to anyone who wants to learn or improve their English, meet new people and places, change our way of seeing things, have fun and make a real investment.
I spent three weeks in New York last June and I have studied at the seat of the Empire State Kaplan: great teachers, super classrooms, unrestricted views and an improvement of the language that I never expected.
I could not fault either the organization in general (before, during and after), lodging (staying at the Residence of the Upper East Side with which Kaplan worked) and the staff in general.
I would do without even thinking about this experience and would recommend without a doubt.

Kaplan would recommend the school to anyone. The atmosphere is jovial and inspiring. The teachers are very professional and never cease to arouse interest in their students about any kind of topic. The teaching of English is not broken down heavily indeed there is also the opportunity to participate in the so-called 'extra-classes' in which you can indulge in teaching and learning (colloquial language, games, etc. )!

Two weeks in Los Angeles unforgettable. The dispobinile and very friendly host family. Pretty clean and cozy room. The only problem I encountered was moving around the city with public transport, being that my house was located in a neighborhood far from downtown and the bus stops were very distant (15-20 minute walk). Very often, to return home at night after being out with my friends I had to take a taxi. Food not bad. Los Angeles is beautiful, the beaches, the city itself, people .. all fantastic. I hope to return soon, see you soon LA.

About the course:
Given the high expectations I had before departure I was deeply disappointed. I find it hard to understand how we can concretely improve language learning when even in the most advanced class are held elementary exercises, without a clear objective and classmates who barely are able to work out a correct sentence. I attended several courses in English and Kaplan was unfortunately, from a linguistic point of view, the worst.
It's no wonder when in a month's stay I saw it coming 5/6 new students.
