Are you looking for a course to become a self-defence trainer? On Emagister the Krav Maga Defence Training Centre offers the Krav Maga Instructor Course, which will allow you to learn about the techniques of what is considered one of the best self-defence systems. This discipline, born in the military sphere, is simple and requires short learning times, plus it offers an exhaustive technical background to be able to respond adequately and concretely to every type of aggression.
The duration of the course is 2 days, in which the planned 16 hours of lessons will be divided. This training is aimed in particular at all athletes who have a training to possess from the yellow belt to the brown belt, as well as to all the athletes of other martial disciplines who have obtained the brown belt and to the fitness instructors.
The course program, which you can find in the section below on this Emagister page, includes a division into 7 modules. The training course aims to develop four specific skills: technical and theoretical knowledge, physical reactivity, mental approach and the ability to adapt to complex situations and scenarios. During the course you will learn the techniques, the positions and the strokes used in Krav Maga, which are the techniques of self defence to attacks with bare or armed hands, how to disarm an aggressor, and you will have, through practical exercises, self-defence in stressful situations. You will become a top-level instructor of Krav Maga and teach after having obtained the qualification instructor trainer
