I was the only international student in the classes and understanding teachers with another langauge was truly an impossible task. My experience was not much positive. There were teachers who simply tells they can't explain few topics and they're ok with it. Being friends with totally other culture group was difficult. My experience with Leuven was not what I expected. Better is to explore more universities with better facilities and broader diversity to fit in and feel what truly cross-culture is provided all needs are met. Learning Ductch could be beneficial.
