About this course
Candidates must hold a baccalaureate or its academic equivalent to enter this program. The Department requires a minimum admission grade point average equivalent to a 3.0 on most 4-point grading systems, based on the last two years of full time study at a recognized institution. Where applicable (see English Language Requirement), candidates must obtain a TOEFL score of at least 95 (internet-based, with at least 20 per section) or 570 (paper-based), or equivalent IELTS, PTE, MELAB or CAEL scores.

Course programme
For thesis based MSc and PhD degrees, research activities may be carried out in the General Program, or in one of three second-level specializations: Molecular Pathology, Analytical and Environmental Toxicology, and Biopreservation. A course and practicum-based MSc with specialization in Pathologists' Assistant is also offered.
