Any of the courses can be tailor made to suit the individual. The school is set in a modern country house surrounded by 8 acres of garden and pastureland. The classess take place in a well equipped kitchen, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. All classes are small 4-5 students with a high degree of individual attention given to every student.
