The school caters for absolute beginners, enthusiastic cooks (many with the intention of pursuing a professional career) and professional chefs.Some of the courses on offer are - Advanced patisserie. Chocolate courses . Bread courses. Game Cookery.Sauce Courses. Vegetarian Cookery. 2-3 day Cookery Courses. 6 week Diploma courses.Demonstration Days. Team Building Days. Any of the courses can be tailor made to suit the individual. The school is set in a modern country house surrounded by 8 acres of garden and pastureland. The classess take place in a well equipped kitchen, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. All classes are small 4-5 students with a high degree of individual attention given to every student.
