Students should have gained 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including English Language or Literature at B or above.
For students over 19 entry would be dependent more on experience than academic qualifications. Subject to interview.

AS Unit 1: Law Making:-This unit covers the law making process, Parliament and the courts.
Dispute Solving:-Involves the courts, legal personnel and alternatives to court action.
AS Unit 2: The Concept of Liability:-This unit is radically different from Units 1 & 2. It covers the non-fatal offences and the law of negligence. It will entail a degree of research.
How will I be assessed?
AS Unit 1
Law Making:- 1 1/2 hour exam
Dispute Solving;- 1 hour exam
AS Unit 2 - The Concept of Liability:- 1 1/2 hour exam.
Exam, either inJanuaryorJune.
What can I do next?
Students progess to A2 (full A level) Degree or Professional Qualification via the Legal Executive route.
