At the end of the course delegates should: Understand whether they are currently leaders or managers. Be aware of the skills required for leadership. Have identified role models who inspire. Have developed a personal action plan for leadership. Suitable for: The most senior management within the organisation, those wishing to take on-board the responsibility for leading the company into the future. It is anticipated that these will be visionary individuals, with a long-term view.

The course is presented as a series of lectures and hands-on workshops and will incorporate the following topics:

- Identifying personal style
- Leadership theory/Styles
- Business Game
- Communication
- Monitoring
