Course programme
Innovation and change are more than just words; but critical challenges in today’s workplace. Leadership of innovation and change can make the difference between success and failure. The MA Leading Innovation & Change (MALIC) programme is designed to support experienced managers for whom the opportunity to network with other leaders will contribute to widening and developing career and personal leadership, for those who are already holding a position of influence in managing innovation and change, or those whose current role will include leadership in the future.
Doing ‘the business’ is much more challenging than talking about it, which is why commentators note how ‘innovative and transforming’ the way we do things at York St John University is. The executive style delivery provides master classes from experienced academics, wisdom from experienced change managers and lessons from innovators. You will also get a chance to meet other leaders from the public and private sectors, who are facing similar challenges and work on facilitated real life / action based projects.
Interested?
This programme recognises the value of experience equally to qualification, so you don’t need a first degree - your experience is enough. Imagine how much you could learn from the combined experience of your peers!
What will I study?
There are four structured modules leading to the Postgraduate Diploma followed by the individual research module and dissertation which leads to the Master of Arts award.
