What you'll learn
It is a requirement of enrolment that you submit work, contact or meet with your assessor at least once a month.
Following the induction with your Assessor you will need to undertake an underpinning knowledge statement for unit 1 as well as take part in a professional discussion.
You will be required to monitor a minimum of two assessors each with a minimum of two candidates of their own in order to provide evidence towards your portfolio.
You are also required to evidence your management of a team of assessors and the quality assurance processes involved. All of this will be under the guidance of an assessor. Tutorials and assessment are on a one-to-one basis at your place of work.
