How will I be assessed?

Attendance at a one day workshop to cover theory aspects. This is followed by support from your personal assessor. Your portfolio will include a workbook, observation of you with your IQAs, assessors and a range of other evidence sources.

Minimum qualifications: Not applicable

However, at this stage learners would need to be working in a lead IQA role in an assessment Centre, leading a team of IQA staff and have a minimum of two assessors to work with.
