This course has been designed for participants who want to learn, be certified, and apply Lean Six Sigma Green Belt principles at their workplace. Lean Six Sigma is an industry standard tool for improving product quality, customer service and costs. Participants are probably in a leadership position and are having to lead and manage improvement projects in their organisation. Participants will learn about choosing and leading Lean Six Sigma projects. This training is accredited by APMG International in partnership with LSSA or Lean Six Sigma Academy.
After successful completion of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, you will be able to competently lead and apply Lean Six Sigma tools at work. Be able to train and coach others on the basics of lean Six Sigma. Be able to select the key projects that will make improvements and learn to lead several Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
