      We present this Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course offered in the Emagister catalog.

      The objective of this 2-day course is to provide students with an understanding of the basics of Six Sigma so they can contribute to Green Belt projects and know how to apply the basic tools within a Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve process and Control (DMAIC) or Troubleshooting on a routine basis.

      Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training is recommended for those who have just joined Lean Six Sigma and will participate as members of the project team to help other belts in problem solving and implementation of business improvements and initiatives.

      There are no requirements to enter this course, except the desire to participate and an open mind.

      This Six Sigma Yellow Belt course provides a simple introduction to working with Six Sigma and using the Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Designed to support group members, the Yellow Belts receive the necessary knowledge to become effective partners in the Lean Six Sigma project, driving performance improvement to get rid of waste and improve quality.
