Course Title: Learning and Development Level 4

Overview:

This programme is aimed at people involved in the learning and development of people.

They may have responsibilities in learning and development and supervise others.

Course Content:

Completion of 12 units in total, 8 mandatory units:

Contribute to learning within the organisation

• Evaluate and develop own practice
• Design learning programmes
• Agree learning programmes with learners
• Manage the contribution of other people to the learning
  process
• Create a climate the promotes learning
• Evaluate and improve learning and development
  programmes
• Either/or
• Identify individual learning aims and programmes
• Identify the learning and development needs of the
  organisation
