Description

Alongside this, at Leeds Academy For Hairdressing & Barbering (LAFHAB) we offer an inspirational and innovative new learning environment.

We offer a wide choice of Hairdressing & Barbering & courses and Apprenticeships, we are VTCT-accredited which means that the qualifications we offer are recognised nationally and beyond. As a Habia Member School, all our training is provided to meet National Occupational Standards.
We are committed to training the hairdressing & barbering stars of the future. At LAFHAB we will endeavour to train you to a job-ready standard, using the latest skills & techniques in hairdressing & barbering in both theoretical and practical environments without taking away your creative flair. All practical training takes place in our on-site commercial salon, The Salon Leeds.
With insurance companies now starting to demand qualifications for Salon/Barbershop employees (regardless of experience), it is now more important than ever that those wishing to sustain a career in hairdressing or barbering achieve recognised qualifications as part of their Continued Professional Development (CPD), and with our RPL policy this may be quicker than you think.
