Lesson 2: Pre-sale enquiries; what is meant by 'The Offer'; transaction progress sheet; e-forms.
Lesson 3: Property enquiry certificates; form 13 report; coal mining report; forms 1, 2 and 4; drafting a standard security.
Lesson 4: Discharge of standard security; matrimonial homes affidavit; letter of obligation; completion procedures.
