This entry-level course is ideal for those wishing to begin a career in hairdressing. It is offered on a part-time basis subject to age, experience and motivation, and includes training in the following areas, ensuring your own actions reduce risks to health & safety, contributing to the development of effective working, preparing and maintaing the hairdressing work area.
Blow dryig, basic colouring applications, basic cutting techniques.

The course lasts for 28 weeks, five hours per week on a Wednesday/Thursday evening (subject to change). You gain the City & Guilds NVQ Level 1 Hairdressing qualification. You could then progress onto Level 2 .
