This course is suitable for learners who are interested in developing new or existing skills which are needed to develop a career in maintaining and managing ICT resources. You will gain the knowledge and understanding required to develop skills in the support and maintenance of computer systems

This is a course which starts from the basics and develops through to more complex aspects system and customer support. It is for anyone who is interested in gaining practical system maintenance skills and experience.

You will require 3 GCSEs at grades A*- E including English and Mathematics, or successful completion of an Entry 3 Foundation qualification

You will be invited to attend an interview and will undertake an assessment in literacy and numeracy to establish any support required.
