The course is for adults who wish to develop their knowledge of the role and skills required to be a youth support worker. It's ideal for individuals who are interested in a career in youth work but do not have the relevant amount of experience or qualifications to access the Level 2 Certificate or Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work. During the course you are required to enter a voluntary placement to gain the relevant experience to progress onto youth support worker qualifications.
