Our level 1 programme will introduce you to the skills that are essential to effectively care for children, young people and the elderly.


Our dedicated tutors all have industry backgrounds, allowing you to draw on real life experiences and delve into different career paths in the Health and Social Care sector. Every year we hold a ‘speed meeting’ event where professionals from within the industry, such as social workers, anti-social behaviour officers and the police, give an insight to their careers. Health and Social Care students also had the opportunity to work in a local care home for a week to experience all aspects of the career.
