Level 2 1st Certificate in Children’s Play Learning and Development

This programme will offer students the opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledge to develop skills in caring for a child. This programme is great preparation for further learning or training and also supports students’ own personal development. As part of this programme students will also study English and maths GCSE which will be linked to the programme criteria. Our tutors all have specialist industry background, supporting students to link their learning to real life experiences. The Childhood studies team has excellent links with employers in the local community and surrounding counties which builds a highly responsive curriculum meeting the needs of employers.
