Kevin is the owner and course director of Kawns. Educated to Certificate in education, Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and holds Corporate membership of IOSH & IIRSM. Courses experienced in delivering all courses in the NEBOSH portfolio and is a NEBOSH examiner and practical assessor for level three courses.

Course programme

CIEH Level Two certificated course in conflict resolution and personal safety is for anyone who has a contact with people and there is a risk of agression or conflict behaviour. It teaches the delegate how to cope with these volatile situations. THERE IS A SHORT EXAM.

You will be expected to take part in some role play, but this is non-intrusive.
