This course covers a range of interesting topics such as: Planning, leading and reviewing sessions The development of coaching skills working with a range of abilities Understanding the importance of health, safety and set up of activities in active leisure and recreation Applicants have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience as part of the curriculum and all students will be attached to an academy relevant to his or her sporting preference.
