Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing (Highbury Campus)

This course is suitable for students progressing from a Level 1 Hairdressing course or students with previous knowledge and/or qualifications in hairdressing. The course will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to launch your hairdressing career.
You will achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing Services.
If you are attending English and Mathematics classes you will also achieve Functional Skills/GCSE qualifications.
Throughout the course you will be assessed regularly against the standards set by the examining body. These assessments will be pre-arranged. You will be given written assignments to complete throughout the programme, as well as online exams. Each level covers an area of competence at a level that places it on a national framework. The framework makes qualifications easier to understand and also shows how people can progress through the system.
