Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Fitting Principles

This programme is suitable for those with a keen interest in motor vehicle engineering who have completed a Level 1 Fast Fit award, or similar qualification. This qualification has been designed primarily for candidates who are 14-19 years old or above and who wish to develop their knowledge of the motor industry.
At the end of the programme, you will achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Fitting Principles. You will also achieve Functional Skills. These are the core elements of English, Mathematics and ICT that provide an individual with the essential knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable them to operate confidently, effectively and independently in life and at work.
You will develop your skills through a mixture of lessons, demonstrations, assignments and practical tasks in the College's industry-standard automotive workshops and classrooms. To successfully achieve you must complete all units in the qualification, including all assessments (practical and theory) to a satisfactory level. Maximum attendance is required.
