Course ContentThis course is designed for anybody going into, or already working within the security industry. During this course you will gain knowledge and understanding of how alarms are installed and how they work in different environments, the varying classes of equipment, and learn practical skills such as fault finding.
Entry RequirementsLevel 2 qualifications in security systems. City and Guilds qualified in the installation of security systems, fire, door access and CCTV. 4 D’s or above including English and maths or similar.
Possible ProgressionLevel 3 qualifications in security systems. City and Guilds qualified in the installation of security systems, fire, door access and CCTV. Degree in Information Systems Security or similar.
