Who is this course for?

For men and women looking to gain a level 2 qualification in Threading.

What qualifications or experience do I need ?

Level 1 Literacy is required or equivalent. A Level 2 Beauty or Spa qualification or Level 2 Waxing unit would be an advantage.

What will I study ?

A technique of removing hair using threading tools and equipment. Theory and science related to hair growth and hair removal plus health and safety applicable to the subject. Client care, contra indications/actions and aftercare advice is also covered.

How will I be assessed ?

Through a range of methods including practical assessments, written tests or assignments and oral questions. Some assessments may be completed on computer.

What qualifications could I achieve ?

A Level 2 Unit/Award in Threading
