This innovative programme is accredited by City and Guilds and provides competence in the fundamentals of hardware, software and operating systems; system troubleshooting and repair; networking; and web software development as well as the communication skills that a helpdesk or remote support employee must have to be effective.

You will also gain invaluable work experience and have job shadowing opportunities.

About this course




You will be required to attend 5 days a week between 9am and 5pm on a daily basis for 15 weeks. You will also spend 2 weeks undertaking work experience with one of our high quality employers.
