The qualification is designed to assist organisations in improving their business activities by applying the tools & techniques of continuous improvement. Business Impact have adapted the BIT qualification and adjusted the focus to reflect the office and administrative support functions. The programme is designed to ensure that all activities add value and are sustainable impacting on Quality, Cost and Delivery performance that; eliminates the risk of a poor service reaching the customer, reduces operational costs and improves profitability & competitiveness.

The qualification includes training in the following areas; workplace organisation, the identification and elimination of waste, operational effectiveness, team work & communication and improvement & productivity.
