Course ContentFC United Football Club has teamed up with Hopwood Hall College to offer a one year Level 2 BTEC Extended Certificate based at Broadhurst FC United in Manchester.
You will learn about different aspects of the sports industry including fitness training, nutrition, understanding how the body works, preparing to coach a range of sports activities, as well as organising sports events. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to undertake work experience alongside playing football in the BCS ECFA League.
Students will receive expert coaching from FC United.
This course has been developed to meet the expanding employment opportunities within the industry including: health and fitness facilities, coaching/teaching, professional sport and performance.

Psychology for sports performance
