Course Delivery:
You will have learned your skills on the job or by attending training courses and your assessor will help you to identify if there are any skills gaps which need to be filled prior to assessment. The QCF/NVQ is a competence based qualification, delivered through work based learning and workshops.
Progression Opportunities: It allows candidates to progress into a more senior role or possibly (depending on job role) to progress on to other qualifications such as Level 4 qualifications or Foundation Degrees.
Entry Requirements: We would require a pre-course meeting with you and your employer to discuss the course and to establish that the level and course content is suitable. We will also ensure the candidate has the ability to demonstrate competence in administrative and managerial working practices within their current work role.
