This level 3 AET course provides an introduction to teaching and/or training, and requires no previous teaching/training experience. Designed to provide learners with the skills to deliver education and training in any learning environment, it explores the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, theories of learning, and other key areas.

Total Qualification Time
