This course is an introductory course for those who wish to work as a teacher or trainer in post 16 education, such as work place trainers, or teachers in adult learning, further and higher education.

You must be a minimum of 19 years old. Good reading & writing skills in English. Good Mathematics and ITC skills. Knowledge of the subject you wish to teach/deliver.

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (People get the same certificate whether they attend a class based course or the online course)
