The Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Advice and Guidance is aimed at people who undertake activities at level 3 working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and some level of guidance. Learners will be working with information that is often interpreted by others, usually working within some clear guidelines.

The Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Advice and Guidance Qualification consists of 21 credits and shows how the learner has to achieve these credits through a combination of mandatory and optional credits.
Anyone working within an advisory capacity, dealing with clients, disseminating information, case load management.

Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Advice and Guidance (QCF)
worked based qualification, competence is demonstrated within the workplace and evidence obtained as part of day to day duties. Assessor visits are undertaken every 3-4 weeks.
Once we are inn receipt of your course fee payment. You will be invited to undertake an induction to commence onto the programme and allocated a nominated assessor to start the programme.

Mandatory units
These units cover the following areas:
• Establish communication with clients for advice and guidance
• Support clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
• Review own contribution to the service
• Understand the importance of legislation and procedures
Observation of your practice in the workplace by your assessor is an essential assessment component of this qualification and will contribute to generating evidence for your units.
Optional units
The remaining nine credits have to be achieved by taking three optional units. Three credits have to be taken at Level 3.
