The level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management is designed for Managers / Team Leaders with a range of responsibilities including: allocating work to people, achieving specific results, managing resources and with some degree of decision making.

Units:

Units typically include: Managing personal development, set objectives and provide support for team members, planning, allocating and monitoring work of a team and supporting team members to identify, develop and implement new ideas.

Target:

Any job role in any industry sector that involves team leading / supervisory / management responsibilities.

Enrolment Session:

2.5 hours (max 12 per group)

Training sessions on the necessary tools & techniques and on the job assessments with reviews.
