The City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Tourism services is aimed at those:
performing daily tasks in leisure and tourism services and wish to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge further.
already working in a tourism related role including travel sales, booking travel and accommodation, visitor services, customer care, tour guiding or as a holiday rep within an organisation.
