Learners will be expected to possess a sound knowledge and experience of travel and tourism related services.
The City & Guilds Level 2 Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Travel Services is aimed at those:
performing daily tasks in leisure and tourism services and wish to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge further.
already working in a senior tourism related role including travel sales, promotion, booking travel and accommodation, visitor services, customer care, tour guiding or holiday repping within an organisation.
