This is a one year part-time course. The subsidiary diploma is designed for those who would like to pursue a career in the technical and professional areas of the construction industry for example; Architectural design, Building maintenance & surveying, Quantity surveying, Site Management and Civil engineering.
You will be introduced to the employment opportunities available in the construction industry, enabling you to choose your preferred area of work, and if already in employment, to progress to a more responsible job or prominent position within your chosen field.
