This course is over two nights Tuesday and Wednesday 6 - 9pm. This level four advanced diploma course develops knowledge and understanding gained on the Level Three Diploma in Accounting course. It is suitable for students who have successfully completed the diploma and for students with advanced skills and knowledge, such as an accounting degree. It is approximately the equivalent to the first year of a degree. The Level Four AAT Diploma in Accounting qualification will build upon skills gained at level three with the introduction of drafting financial statements for limited companies, complex management accounting tasks and developing your own management skills.

About this course
Students will normally be expected to have completed the Level Three AAT Diploma in Accounting. This course is also appropriate for applicants already in possession of a degree in accounting.

- Internal control and managing systems

Your choice of two of the following optional units:
- Business tax
- Personal tax
- External auditing
- Cash management

In order to successfully complete the AAT programme, participants will be expected to undertake a computer-based assessment for each module of learning.
